3. Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are intended to explore your current situation, goals, and whether the services offered by Julia Kalika LLC may be suitable for you.

A booked call:

  • does not guarantee acceptance into a coaching program;

  • does not create a coaching, therapeutic, or advisory relationship;

  • does not constitute psychotherapy, diagnosis, assessment, or treatment;

  • does not oblige either party to enter into a paid agreement.

Julia Kalika LLC may decline to offer services where the requested support is outside the scope of coaching, where the service is not considered appropriate, or where capacity is unavailable.

Unless otherwise stated during booking, discovery calls are offered without charge.

4. Appointments and Availability

Appointments are booked through Calendly and are subject to availability.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and selecting the correct time zone.

If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule the appointment using the link in your Calendly confirmation email as early as reasonably possible.

Julia Kalika LLC may cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, technical issues, emergencies, or other circumstances that make the call impracticable. Where possible, an alternative appointment will be offered.

5. Coaching Is Not Psychotherapy

The services described on this website are coaching and consulting services.

They do not replace:

  • psychotherapy;

  • medical or psychotherapeutic diagnosis;

  • psychiatric assessment or treatment;

  • emergency or crisis support;

  • treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.

Although Julia Billek holds professional qualifications in psychology and psychotherapy, services offered through Julia Kalika LLC are not provided as psychotherapy unless expressly agreed through a separate, legally compliant arrangement.

Do not use the website or a discovery call for urgent mental-health support. In an emergency or crisis, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your current location.

6. Paid Services and Separate Agreements
